⚜️This achievement marks a new beginning for Dawat as it comes only a month after having announced our franchising plan. Tonight’s winners Arslan, Mohid and Mobeen have each played a pivotal role in improving Dawats service and carrying on the legacy:
⚜️Arslan has been with Dawat for over a decade and understands the operation completely and is a master in the kitchen. Dawat wasn’t always known for its fancy decor and we built our name for our food that our people love, we would like to thank Arslan for his work as he serves as a role model to his children and family! Arslan also has worked with Dawat to help and create a model that brings our future partners interested in franchising confidence as through our guidance and franchising strategy alhamdulilah we can guarantee a consistent quality of food in all our branches.
⚜️Mohid is one of the catering directors of Dawat, while only being only 22 he understands the importance of good service and a professional yet approachable character. Being the eldest son of Dawat’s founder Mehmood he carries a great responsibility in continuing the quality that has been consistent for the last 20 years and to find ways to improve Dawat as a business. While also taking great care of the customers he prides himself with the care and communication he has with the people he works with.
⚜️Mobeen is the youngest of the 3 winners and the second eldest son of Mehmood. Being only 21 he is the youngest member of the Asian Associations ‘Power 100’ and the only member under 30 in the UK to have also received a place in the Pakistan Asian Association. While a med student he is also the creative director of Dawat and worked to build the new image Dawat has transformed into over the last 2 years through the design of our restaurants and our social media presence. Over the last 6 months Mobeen has helped Dawat gain over 30,000 followers and over a 100,000,000 views which has helped tripled our locations through franchising.
